Exchanges & Returns


At BK & JIO we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason our pieces are not a perfect fit for you, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. The full amount will reflect the cost of the item and will be credited back in the original form of purchase. We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 15 days, for any reason. Most returns will process within three weeks, depending on your method of return.


- All discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

- Customized/ Personalized items

- Earrings are not returnable for hygienic reasons

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is after 15 days of receiving your order.

- We CANNOT give a refund for a returned item as 'unclaimed' or 'incorrect address'.


Step 1. Read Our Return Policy

Step 2: Submit Your Return Request by Email

To initiate a return, please email us at

In the email please include - 1) your name 2) an order number, 3) reasons of return or exchange. If you would like to exchange items in your order, 4) the name of item you want to exchange to.

The returned item(s) should be packed in a securely packaged box or envelope in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return request, we will review the case.

Please note that we won't accept the unauthorized return.

Step 3: After Confirmation (Returning Goods)

If the return is confirmed we will email you with next steps to follow. As long as the return caused by our errors, customers bear return shipping fees. 

Please note: Shipping charges are not included in the return process. We also recommend that you insure and track the package. BK & JIO is not responsible for packages returned without tracking information. 

Step 4: Refund Process

We will process a refund once we receive the returned goods in its original condition and packaging. Once processed, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately one or two days after the date of processing.


If you have received a damaged or incorrect item with your order,  take a picture of the item and send to, within 48 hours of receiving the item. In the same email, please include your order number and item name, and if you would like a replacement or refund. Once approved, our team will send a replacement item immediately at no charge to you.


Regular orders can be cancelled at no extra charge if they have not processed. We normally process and dispatch an order within 1 days so please email us first as soon as possible to see if the cancellation can be applied. If they have been already dispatched we regret that we are not able to cancel orders. You can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value. 

Please also note that we are not able to cancel orders for customized items once they have been processed.
