We ship worldwide from South Korea to over 100 countries including - United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore etc.

At BK & JIO we handle your orders with the upmost care and efficiency. In-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As we are NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by carrier after the product has been dispatched we are unable to guarantee the final delivery day.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ship to the address you submitted at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct and safe to receive as we are not responsible for a returned item as 'Unclaimed', 'Not found recipient' or 'Wrong address'. If items are returned for those reasons customers should bear re-shipping and return postage.

Please note: When shipping via Expedited Mail, please make sure that the delivery address is NOT a P.O. Box.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer three shipping methods at checkout.

General Mail without tracking : No signature required on delivery, 7-15 working days.
Registered Mail with tracking : Signature required on delivery. If you need a tracking number with your order, you can choose this option. 7-15 working days.
Expedited Shipping / EMS or UPS : Signature required on delivery. 3-5 working days.

General Mail without tracking (No signature required on delivery)

Orders under $50 : $3.50

Orders between $50.01 - $100 : $5.00

Orders over $100 : we encourage our customers to choose Registered Mail.

Registered Mail with tracking (Signature required on delivery)

Orders under $50 : $4.50

Orders between $50.01 - $100 : $6.50

Orders over $100 : $8

Expedited shipping / EMS

Orders between $1 - $200: $28

Orders between $200.01 - $299.99 : $30

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Option1. General Mail

Estimated Delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch. However, some countries may take longer depending on the local situation and the postal infrastructure the country may have.

Strict customs clearance (ex. South America, Russia, some countries in Eastern Europe, Italy etc.) may cause a shipping delay. Delivery may also be delayed during holiday seasons due to a high volume of mails. If you think you applied to one of these situation order we recommend that you choose EMS or UPS.

Please note that tracking number is not provided, a mailman will drop the package in your mail box.

Option2. Registered Mail

Estimated Delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch. However, some countries may take longer depending on the local situation and the postal infrastructure the country may have.

Online tracking is available for most destinations^{* -}US, Canada, France, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, Switzerland, France and Singapore, Hong Kong etc. However, some countries including the UK, Germany and Australia do not provide a tracking verification service even for registered mail. Therefore, if you are from those countries you will be able to track an item only within the originating country.

Option3. Expedited Shipping/ EMS or UPS

Estimated Delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch. If your order is urgent you can choose this option. Please leave a CONTACT NUMBER at checkout in case a mailman may need to contact you for delivery.

Expedited Shipping to Italy. Italy do not offer EMS shipping. If you are from Italy please contact us first. We will arrange UPS shipping for you.

Expedited Shipping to Brazil or Mexico. It takes 5-10 days depending on the customs official's hands it may take more than 10 days.

Please make sure that the delivery address is NOT a P.O. Box when you use expedited shipping.

DELIVERY TO UNITED STATES

1. Tracking is available on the USPS website from the time when your item arrives at the USPS sort facility (Western regions – LA sorting facility, Eastern regions – NY sorting facility). It may take several days to classify mail after customs clearance.

2. In the case of registered mail, a mailman requests a signature of receiver. If no one is available at the time of the first delivery attempt, a package may be held at the local post office or a subsequent delivery attempt will be made.

3. As the notice paper of delivery attempt may be lost or missing please keep track your order at the tracking site (usps.com) and check the updates. You may also visit the local post office and arrange re-delivery through USPS. If you have not received a note from the mailman telling you which post office you should contact, check it through USPS.

4. If the package has not been collected for 15 days, USPS will return it to the sender. In this case, the buyer bears the return postage.

5. USPS does not accept any change of address request once it is dispatched.

LOST MAIL

We wait for 2 months before we consider the item to be lost. If it is considered to be lost, you may consider opening an official investigation towards USPS through Korea Post (please contact us first). However it takes up to 2 months to verify the outcome. In the meantime, we advise you to contact your mailman or USPS asking to show a signature (proof of delivery) of receiver. Sometimes, it turns out someone else accepted the delivery or a package was held at post office, being uncollected.

By that means we guarantee safe delivery even though the delivery time is out of our control.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

All orders placed on our website are tax free. You will only be charged the item price and shipping. However, import duties, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. In some countries, you may have to pay additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your customs office of your country to find out more about these charges.
